Thank you for your continued support. As the Chinese New Year holiday is approaching, we would like to inform you about temporary changes to shipping and customer service schedules during this period.

🚛 Shipping Delay Notice (Feb 9 – Feb 23)

During the Chinese New Year holiday, most logistics providers in China will be on break. Therefore, orders shipped from our China warehouse may experience processing and delivery delays from February 9 to February 23.

This delay is caused by nationwide logistics suspension and is unfortunately unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

If you need your order urgently, we recommend placing it before the holiday period or choosing items available for shipment from our US warehouse.

🇺🇸 US Warehouse – Shipping as Usual

To ensure continued service, our US warehouse will remain fully operational throughout the holiday.
Orders shipped from the United States will not be affected and will be dispatched normally without delay.

For faster delivery, please check our US stock options when placing your order.

💬 Customer Service Availability

Our customer support team will be temporarily unavailable from February 15 to February 23.
During this time, message replies and email responses may be slower than usual.

Normal customer service will resume on February 24, and we will respond to all inquiries as soon as possible.

❗ Order Cancellation Policy During the Holiday

Please kindly note:

  • Orders placed between February 9 and February 23 may face unavoidable shipping delays.

  • If you decide to cancel an order during this period due to delayed shipment, a 5% cancellation processing fee will apply.

This fee covers payment processing and administrative costs. Since the logistics suspension is beyond our control, delays during this time cannot be avoided.
